Исследования комплексообразования в растворах методом ЯМР

Аннотация

Методами спектроскопии ЯМР исследованы процессы комплексообразования представляющих интерес для биологии и медицины органических лигандов с ионами биологически значимых металлов (Li+, Na+, Ca2+, Ga3+). Показаны возможности и преимущества методов спектроскопии ЯМР при исследовании комплексообразования. Установлена высокая чувствительность ЯМР-сигнала к образованию комплекса даже при очень малой природной концентрации магнитного изотопа. Методом ЯМР 43Ca зафиксировано образование комплекса с низкой константой устойчивости. Получены константы равновесия комплексов и параметры их ЯМР-спектров. Показана возможность применения метода ЯМР 31P и 13C для первичного тестирования комплексообразования производных циклена с катионом Ga3+ в D2O.
