Аннотация

Цель данного исследования — всесторонне описать как хорошо известные, так и совершенно новые подходы к изучению гематосаливарного барьера (ГСБ) in vitro. Исследование структурных и функциональных характеристик ГСБ как в здоровом состоянии, так и при патологии требует моделей, адекватно отражающих реальную физиологию человека. Соответственно, мы оценили доступные в настоящее время исследовательские модели, такие как ex vivo, in vitro (включая TR 146, HSY, TEER), эквиваленты слизистой оболочки полости рта (OME) и системы in silico. Для создания более адекватных моделей ГСБ in vitro необходимо учитывать дополнительные параметры, к которым относятся реологические свойства слюны, изменения кровотока и иннервации, состояние иммунной системы и микробиом полости рта. Всестороннее понимание этих компонентов и характеристик ГСБ необходимо для разработки сложных моделей in vitro.
